HOME STAGING
3420 W 32nd #304
This amazing bi-level condo was staged to show the size of the condo with two bedrooms, a living room and game room downstairs, it was important to create a sense of warmth throughout.
1300 GARFIELD #8
This smaller but amazing urban townhome needed a little tlc, adding high end furniture and accessories commanded the attention this property deserved!
2229 BLAKE
This amazing condo with a loft overlooking the downtown Coors Field was a natural match for our modern look using the existing traditional colors.
2001 LINCOLN
This modern customized condo was a challenge with its excess amount of heavy darker woods. It was on the market for over a year before Refresh Denver Staging gave it an update and a light bright feel that allowed a buyer to actually envision living there.
1448 MADISON
Working within the parameters of a custom barn wood wall isn’t easy. By tying in natural finishes and neutral tones, we were able to make it feel current and orderly.
1440 LITTLE RAVEN
With a challenging layout and color story in this downtown loft, bringing this space up to date required smaller furniture and art pieces that tied in the multiple paint colors.
2020 ARAPAHOE
As one of our first loft projects, this space had a very masculine touch at first, we used a warmer color story, sheepskins, and high-end finishes to appeal to both masculine and feminine senses.
85 N GRANT
Bringing a basement condo to life isn't easy, but by adding bright and light colors, any tight space can bring out a contemporary lifestyle to feel like home.
