HOME STAGING
10760 BLUFFSIDE
This home presented a wonderful opportunity for occupied staging. We added luxury rugs, new art throughout, warm accessories, and new bedding. Plus, creating a seating area in the spa helped to put the sale price over the top.
5411 WATER TOWER
One of our recurring clients reached out to bring this bachelor condo back to life. By placing a new dining set, coffee table, art, pillows, and bedding, the space was able to shine and become home to a new family.
2001 LINCOLN
This modern customized condo was a challenge with its excess amount of heavy darker woods. It was on the market for over a year before Refresh Denver Staging gave it an update and a light bright feel that allowed a buyer to actually envision living there.
1448 MADISON
Working within the parameters of a custom barn wood wall isn’t easy. By tying in natural finishes and neutral tones, we were able to make it feel current and orderly.
1440 LITTLE RAVEN
With a challenging layout and color story in this downtown loft, bringing this space up to date required smaller furniture and art pieces that tied in the multiple paint colors.
677 DEXTER
Our first “mini flip,” we were commissioned to replace all of the flooring, paint all of the interior, replace the fixtures, and select and install multiple designer wallpapers.
2301 S SHERMAN
As a newly built duplex, this space needed some warmth to take away the feeling of sterility and make it feel like a family home. Both duplex properties sold within a week after listing.
200 S FRANKLIN
Being one of our all-time favorite partially furnished properties, we were able to use their original art combined with our mid-century modern furniture to bring cohesion to the many rooms and make the whole home flow the way it should.
2020 ARAPAHOE
As one of our first loft projects, this space had a very masculine touch at first, we used a warmer color story, sheepskins, and high-end finishes to appeal to both masculine and feminine senses.
1270 E AMHERST
Working with the existing darker finishes in the house, we brought in light bright art, pillows, and accessories to give this home the fresh look that it needed.
1012 HARRISION
Despite the bright blue paint in the home, we were able to tie everything together by introducing contemporary art and furniture that livened the space and matched the tones.
85 N GRANT
Bringing a basement condo to life isn't easy, but by adding bright and light colors, any tight space can bring out a contemporary lifestyle to feel like home.
1820 DAHLIA
This mid-century modern home, while smaller and strangely proportioned, was brought back to life with appropriately sized art and decor.
